To try perfectly cooked spicy chicken and good spicy chicken sandwiches is a truly good idea. Invite your beloved with you and eat tasty biscuits. Some clients recommend great lemonade at this fast food. From the visitors' point of view, employees are courteous here. Wendy's is known for its enjoyable atmosphere. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

I went to the drive-through today and ordered the new sausage and egg English muffin. When I pulled away from the drive-through and open the sandwich, I immediately realized it was cold, and the muffin had barely been heated up or toasted. I went back to the drive-through, and they made me another sandwich with the identical, a dismissive attitude, and care about the quality of their food or service. This is normally one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but the location on Highway six in Missouri city must be under the poorest management ever. We have tried this location multiple times, giving it a second a third of fourth chance in hopes of finding the quality that we’re used to finding at a Wendy’s, but I’m done. Don’t waste your time with this location, they take no pride, and what they do- if they had done any due diligence, they would’ve realized that the sauce they were squirting on the sandwich was practically frozen, and that the English muffin needs to be toasted or at the very least heated up before you slap a Reconstituted, egg, and a piece of raw sausage on it. I really don't get it, but this location dislikes uber and door dash. The accepted an order and when the driver arrived at 11:40 they were told they were closed. Very slow take out service. Was standing at counter for 8 minutes before someone took my orders. Three people looked at me and no one said hey it be with you in a minute. Took 10 minutes to get my order then it was missing items. Asked for no onion, no mayo. Had may, had onion when told employee about it she got mad ,saying you didn’t request that. I said I did because I’m allergic to onions and don’t like mayonnaise. She said I should have said it. Again I told her I did . Then I said just cancel my order and refund my money. After a few minutes she called someone else to get my money back. He apologized for the problem and said that I can have the food for free.I said no thanks just a refund is good. But, he insisted I and offered to make my order over. So I took the food but left a 5.00 tip. Have not been back since.
