I had to post here because I was very impressed with this restaurant. I was on the road between appointments and didn't have time for a sit-down meal so ran in here to wash my hands and grab a bite for the road. The cashier was very cordial and greeted me, the food came out quickly and was hot, and when I unwrapped the burger it was perfectly stacked, very neat no grease all over the wrapper. The place was clean and orderly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dined in. Ordered at the counter. Cashier was ok. Had to go back and ask for butter for the dry biscuits. Went back to the counter and ordered two more sausage and biscuits. Food is always hot, and the frostie machine is never down....need I say more? It's an excellent middle point to stop off at on your way to the Big Easy - located off i10 exit Old Spanish Trail, go left under the i10 overpass, and you can't miss it! Conveniently across the street from a large gas station. A couple of other eaterys around in close proximity as well as a Dollar General less than ½ a mile down the road. This Wendy’s is phenomenal! The cash registers were down but the workers here had it all under control! They had a system that was quick and easy even though the registers were out of commission! Very impressed with their adjustments on the fly! You cannot beat the $5 Biggie Bag at any other fast food supply chain! Our orders we made fresh and we really appreciated it! The ladies working today 12/12/2023 are the Nicest, Friendliest people I've ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. Was greeted the moment I walked in. Took my food to go but, ended up sitting in the parking lot near the drive thru for at least 20 min. to eat my food and heard car after car pleasantly greeted. I was sitting there thinking I would hire any of those ladies and noted how nice they were for a fast good restaurant. This review popped up and thought that yes, I should give them a shout out because it's so rare to go to any fast food restaurant and encounter a crew that exceptionally nice. Food was good and tasted freshly cooked. Store was clean. Only little complaint that Bathrooms were clean but, had a slight odor. More air freshners please.. lol 😆 I recommend this Wendy's!! The customer service at the counter was great, the guy taking and putting together our order was the best part of the meal. After that, my spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy, the fries were cold and there was food all over the kitchen floor that needed to be cleaned up.

Store was very clean, hand dryer in womens bathroom barely blew air and it wasn't even warm. Food was hot and tasted fresh, English muffin breakfast sandwich was good but dripping with grease and the English muffin was more bready than a typical English Muffin. This used to be the best Wendy's in town. I don't know what happened. Did you hire a new cook? The quality of the food here has really taken a hit in the past few weeks. And they don't seem very concerned with getting my order correct. This is the third straight time that theyve left bacon off of my six dollar biggie bag double stack.
