This is the Best Wendy's that I have been to in Years!! My 1st visit here and my burger was cooked perfectly and for the 1st time ever, it actually looked like the picture of how their burgers Should appear!! Finally, a Very Good fast food restaurant!! When this location first opened the breakfast biscuits were hit and freshly made. Now the biscuits must be pre-made and stored in a drawer. They are like dough balls and are hard to get down. It’s a fast food chain. Nothing new to expect. I do like the online order and pick up option. My husband waited for 5 - 10 extra minutes when we were promised a pickup time which is why I have a 3 stars. I was a bit bummed. First time having the nacho double stack burger. It was our favorite. The ghost pepper sauce and fires was just right! Also, love their spicy chicken nuggets. I never get tired of eating the nuggets. Great meal value selection and price. The taco salad is the biggest disappointment! Don't order it. They want you to pour a cup of chill over lettuce tomato and yellow cheese. Sour cream is in a small pocket. What a mess and a sorry excuse for a salad. Wendy's is cutting corners too much. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. My husband had the breakfast baconator combo and enjoyed it. I had the honey butter chicken biscuit combo and wasn't impressed. I could taste more of the maple syrup than anything else. And it was so tiny! Fries were tasty but again, in a tiny little container. Employee who took our order appeared to want to be anywhere but here. Or maybe she was still asleep. There was no dedicated men and women restrooms. Only ' family' restroom which was a sink and toilet. I will probably try something else there again; maybe lunch or dinner. I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. Last month I went and they messed up my order big time. I asked for my kid’s cheeseburgers plain and they weren’t, I ordered a salad and they gave me the wrong kind and ordered a chicken sandwich and it was ice cold and the wrong kind, Unfortunately I didn’t realize until I got home and I called back. Sherri the manager came to the phone and offered a free salad for the next time I came in. I told her we don’t come often and she said it was no problem, they were going to put my name on their board and when I came back to let them know. I agreed. I went back last week to order for my family and asked about the salad. The girl at the window told me they throw out the names each month. I asked to speak to a manager and Sherri came. I couldn’t remember her name at the time but I knew I had it written at home somewhere. She asked for the receipt but I hadn’t gotten one. I reminded her of my conversation and she said they throw names out every two weeks. This is not what she originally said nor what the other worker had just said. I asked her to have her corporate office call me and left my number. The salad wasn’t the biggest deal but I ordered another family size order in food so I figured a courtesy call would be nice. What bothered me more was her rude attitude and lack of customer service. Obviously the time period was not standard because the both told me different things. Been here a lot for breakfast, great we were out for lunch and tried a hamburger, never in my life have a hamburger without lettuce. Are they trying to save money. The hamburger was $6.99. Great Clean Place, friendly workers. Just really short staffed (even the boss said he was severely under staffed) Took about 20+ mins to get our stuff some waited longer.
