We almost didn't stop because of the bad reviews. We were in town at a local school for a tournament and this was the closest restaurant. The service was great the food was great and we really enjoyed it. The young lady in the drive-thru window was so nice and polite. I'm glad we stopped. The breakfast food is obviously several days old, not to mention poorly reheated. You'd have better luck trying to chew rocks than trying to chew their food, nothing taste fresh at all! I don't have anything positive to say about this location, front windows girls won't even say good morning before demanding you tell them what you want as soon as you pull up. If I could give a half a star I would, employees are rude, lazy and lack common manners in dealing with human beings apparently. Definitely no management or leadership are working and if they are then that makes it worse. So this is my family's "Wendy's" but the last two time we have gone they have really messed up our food and this last time the girl at the window was extremely rude...smacking gum, on her phone, rude when she spoke to us and took our payment. I have a big family and I really don't mind if they mess up the adult's food but they got the whole order wrong. When I went back to get them to fix it the girl at the counter was nice and the manager on shift was ok but again the girl from the window came over and tried to Argue with me. Night shift needs to be fired had to get a refund the night manager looks kinda young he was nice about giving refund I ordered 20 dollars worth of food had to get refund I asked for no salt fries I got extra greasy with a hint a salt (basically old fries re-dropped) it’s sad no where u can get fresh food after a long day of work I understand people are not paid a lot but this place needs improvement very badly. Day shift is better if u want fresh food the Gm stays on her crew..

Would not go back or recommend. I asked for lemonade for my drinks & what I was served didn’t even look like lemonade, even the boy working there said it looked funny. I asked for a jr bacon cheese burger the cheese cold as if they took it right out the fridge, not even melted. The fruit punch I switched out for is watered down. Worst fast food experience of my 43 years on this earth!!! Everything was horrible!! Hamburger bun was hard, fries were not even warm, they were actually cold!, nuggets were cold and hard, even the coke had only a few ice cubes in it!!! Truly pathetic! I went there 7-18-23 @ about 7pm. Service was also horrible as you can imagine!!! It was absolutely horrible!!! I hate that I am not able to give zero stars. I will never EVER return to this Wendy's. Got take out spicy chicken sandwich. It has definitely gone down hill. Cold, bland, unspiced... fries cold. Thankfully it's easy to get the drink cold. Chili was cold, nuggets were old and suffocated. I get it man, stuff happens, but dang, it's almost every time. I don't remember a time I got at least HOT food here.
