My host Elijah was very professional and courteous. Very good worker. Very Polite. The food is delicious and the $5 biggie bag is very filling and Awesome Price. This is the only really good Wendy's in town. Get the order right every time, friendly and clean. The one on the Northside is trash, and run by trash, and the one downtown just can't seem to get orders right and have some attitude problems. This one here on the southside I've never had an issue with. Especially since fast food is no longer cheap, I want to get what I pay for. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Was in here on Sunday evening and i just wanted to recognize the staff for their amazing customer service. They were on top of everything. Of the two locations in Pueblo, this is the best one, it's usually clean and well stocked. The employers are friendly and welcoming. Just know this location gets very busy so during rushes you can expect a bit of a wait. I have to give a shout out to the guy who works the window. Hes a young white man and seems to work late at nite at the drive thru. He is so nice and goes over and beyond. He really makes me enjoy going to this location. The food is always hot and fresh and the fries are amazing. I think this guy should be promoted to manager. You get five stars because of Stephanie she has great customer service skills always cleaning the tables asking customers if everything is okay. Very happy to see that after all when you're out in the dining area you're putting on a show for the customer you're showing the customer you care about their dining experience that's why you mop the floor repeatedly weather it needs to be cleaned or not it's a show for the customer.
