Went in for breakfast, only one in the store. The staff members were very friendly, and despite trying to resolve some technical issues they were having, they got my order out very quickly. I was trying to enjoy some dinner with the boys and from the second I walked in I had a bad experience. When I went to order the lady who took my order (emily) didn't really seem like she knew too much about what she was doing. And for some reason their register machine wasn't working, so when I went to order and apply the free fries Friday deal she said it worked. But yet when I received my small order many minutes later, there was no free fries on my tray. I went to the counter and she said that it sometimes doesn't work and she was sorry as she walked away. Soda was flat, table was a teeter totter, however, food was decent, service amazing. Very impressive subway tile design in the kitchen, however cleanliness standards are not up to par. I felt multiple flies land on my hair while I was ordering.

I visited here during a slower part of the day and was really happy that the fries were still served fresh and hot, as well as the other food. Inside the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and is consistent with my past experiences at this Wendy’s. For fast food, it’s five stars, for sure.

The absolute WORST Wendy's PERIOD!!! I live a block and will drive right by it to another store. Waited 30 minutes in line with one person in front of me, waited 15 minutes another time with nobody in front of me. Got cheese fries with a slice of cheese literally laid on top of fries, not melted. This location has always been a absolute dumpster fire. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Used the drive thru at 12:10 pm. Hardly any one in line. Thought was strange because it was the start of lunch rush. The lady running the window had such a pleasant voice and was super nice. AVOID WORKING HERE! I am glad I walked out during a rush when I use to work here. OVERWORK AND UNDERPAID! When I first started, they made me watch these boring videos which doesn't help at all when you are working in the kitchen. Not enough manager to properly train you! In fact, the general manager is a boomer who needs to retire. They want to open the restaurant late but doesn't pay their employees more. They don't want to hire more people but expect one person to do the job of three people. From what I heard, the store always make sales and is always #1 from the other stores. However, nothing has been progressed or improved for the workers because of poor managament. Corporate Sucks as well! AVOID EATING AND WORKING at this Toxic environment!
