First time ever there. I should have had a deluxe with tomato, lettuce, and onion. But they had no yellow mustard... I love it on my burgers 🍔

Regular Fry
The Big Easy burger was tasty, but lacked an impact. For the price ($10 w/out fries) it's not extraordinary and doesn't differentiate itself from establishments with drive thrus. What little bacon was on the burger was paper thin, the cheese was great, burger patties were perfect, one slim shred of lettuce and one tomato. Make your own judgement there...
The burger only came with sauce on the top, unlike the photo on the board or online. Big miss here. The franchise bottom dollar is heavily in play here with the limited amount of sauce one might expect on a sandwich. In a game of margins, the sauce is one area in which to win a customer over. They literally give it away with fries, so why not with a sandwich?
This brings me to the sides. Fries and drink are an extra $3-5 depending on size & fries/onion rings. From there it's an additional $2.69 to upgrade to a shake. Here's the rub folks, you can have a shake just not the limited edition one. At this juncture there's no winning for the consumer.
I should have walked out, but since this was my very first time I stuck around for just the burger. A one and done experience for me.

Absolutely great burgers. It is fast casual, and doesnt include service. The atmosphere is blah, but youre just going here for a 5 star burger. Toppings are plentiful. This is a great place to hit up while traveling to or from the LV Zoo.

Best burgers of Pennsylvania! Everybody really outdoes themselves to pump out a near perfect burger. The staff are well trained and very friendly. There is hardly any wait. There are also hardly any people when I go, and I am there once a week. The place is also huge. You have a large crowd in there at one time and still be comfortable. You can also self-serve your own drinks. In the 4 years I have been going here, I don't think they have missed one order. If I could give them 6/5 stars I would all day! I highly recommend this place as a must-go if you live in the area. Make sure it is this location because I have different stories for other locations.

Double Bacon Burger
We've been here twice and have been quite impressed. We found the prices (especially with a coupon) to be more reasonable than other sit-down burger chains. My boyfriend is not an easy one to impress when it comes to burgers and he's been a fan both times. Eager to try their chicken sandwiches and milkshakes :)
I love their burgers! Every time I go they’re fresh, cheesy, buns toasty and the burger is smashed to perfection! Overall I enjoy their burger selections and the sides they offer! Plus the milkshake selections are nice!!

I was in on 11/30 around 3:00 and one of the employees (not the happy one wearing bells) was dropping the F bomb loudly which is not acceptable anywhere. Will not be returning because of this…remember your employees are the face of your business, pick them wisely.
