About
Waxy O'Shea's Irish Pub in Branson is a great place to visit for a true Irish pub experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with Irish decor and live music adding to the atmosphere. The beer selection is excellent, featuring Guinness, Smithwick's, Harp, and other craft beers. The food is also very good, with traditional Irish dishes like corned beef and cabbage boxty, bangers and mash, and shepherd's pie. The fish and chips, Rueben sandwich, and chicken pot pie are also popular menu items. The service is usually attentive and friendly, although occasionally it can be slow. Overall, Waxy O'Shea's is a great spot for a night out in Branson, whether you're looking for a few drinks and appetizers or a full meal.

It's a very unique experience, the food was really good, we had the appetizer sampler and it was the best calamari I've ever had, I didn't care for the spinach dip but that's just my preference, the scotch eggs were a pleasant and delightful surprise. We also had a chicken curry boxty which was plain, but good, just a hint of curry flavor. And I managed to talk my boyfriend in to getting friend bread pudding for desert which was my favorite part of the meal. The quality of the food is great. And I didn't catch our servers name because it was getting busy but she was great, took good care of us and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Okay, some might call this a “chain style” eatery and what have you, but I gotta tell you, it’s worth the trip to Branson Landing. This place has some AMAZING Scotch Eggs that are off the hook! Served with Dijon and Honey Mustard. You really can’t go wrong with either. Get yourself a glass of Guinness or the other stout and enjoy with them! The fish and chips are made with North Atlantic Cod. The fish AND the chips are the lightest and most crispy fish and chips I have ever had in the Midwest. Hands down the best! Don’t miss out on this gem at the Landing! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Fish and Chips

The beer was good and the prices were reasonable. Service wasn’t the greatest but that was because they were just understaffed. We’re looking for a quick drink swing by and get one. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

“There are no strangers here, only friends you haven't met yet”. Good beer. Short staffed the night we visited.

Loved the scotch eggs! Two of us shared the appetizer platter and it was a full meal for both of us. However, proces online are not current. Google said it was very busy, but we decided to try. There were only a couple other people. Nice servers, guy did a great job of describing dishes. Good Irish pub with some authentic Irish food. They even have bread pudding which is very good! You can also get fried bread pudding too. The food was very good and my 12 year is a picky eater and she loved the soup. Great location and clean. Waitress did a good job and was very helpful. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Recommended dishes Fish and Chips
We have been to many Irish pubs and this one sure ranks top two. Our server Mikayla F was perfect, right there to help but not overly annoying. Tried the Scotch Eggs for the first time they were fantastic as was the beer cheese soup. Make it a point to stop here. You have a ton of restaurants to choose from put this one on your list. Excellent. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Scotch Eggs
Decent British food. Had more food listed on line then what they had on the menu they gave us. Good atmosphere with music. Not too busy of a Thursday night. The sampler was good. The Scottish eggs were good. Not overdone and had a great flavor. The spinach and artichoke dip was good, justed needed more of it. The corned beef and was good but the needed to leave off the brown gravy off it. It was downed over everything. The shepherds pie was ok but had chili powder mixed in which fave it an unpleasant taste. It also was covered in the unpleasant brown gravy.
