While getting a cup of coffee I observed the manager providing excellent customer service to a gentleman that appeared to be down on his luck. As he left, two other employees began a very inappropriate conversation and laughing about the gentleman. I will NEVER go into the Wawa on McKendree Lane again since the employees (exclude the manager) find it appropriate to talk about customers in a demoralizing way. You have NO idea what others may go through. The gentleman, I'm sure, appreciated being treated like a person. I, however, did not appreciate listening to inappropriate conversation by horrible employees. Atmosphere: 1

No matter what time of day you go, it's always buzzing in here. The food is always solid and on point however the staff is getting oregresiveky worse. There's barely anyone ever sitting the registers and the food side always seems to have at least 4 people working but they take forever no matter if it is 4 guest or 20 waiting. Just don’t understand how probably the busiest time to get a coffee (which is the early hours of the morning) all the coffees are turned off? Then when I ask the worker all I get is “give me a couple minutes” So, I just stand and stand and stand. Some of us have to get to work. They shouldn’t be turned off that makes no sense to me at all. So, don’t bother going here before work or early am for coffee because they never have any.
