I was in town for a quick lil min right, I pull up thinking they pump the gas for you. I thought after inflation we would have more jobs, but I guess not. Man it’s 10 degrees. Help me out 😮💨🫣

Touchscreen didn't state they didn't have ALL the ingredients for my bowl & staff (a manager at that) didn't bother to advise me either. When I expressed I was beyond disappointed and didn't want the item, the manager acted as if she didn't care and didn't offer a refund. I ordered a buttered roll and specifically chose "No Thanks" when the screen asked if I wanted it toasted and the manager toasted it anyway. I had the cashier call the manager over (because he couldn't do a refund) so I could be refunded and go to another Wawa and purchase the correct order and was told by the manager "I don't know of any card that will refund your money immediately." Enough of my time had been wasted so I walked out with the mindset, it will be a VERY LONG time before I'll spend my money on food from Wawa. BEYOND disappointed with Wawa.

Gotta say we were impressed with their sandwiches, especially the pulled pork. Heard WaWa had good sandwiches made fresh to order and what we heard was right. The food was better than a few other sandwich shops. Both times we received very good service. The coffee hit the spot as well. Definitely will be back. Wish they had one in our neck of the woods.
The only good reviews are employees and their friends. The employees making the food are a joke. They are friendly to eachother but not customers. never get an order right. If you want what you ordered be prepared to take it back so they can try a 3rd time. Almost like they cant read the paper
I'm not sure why this location has such bad reviews. It's a Wawa so they've got tasty food. It has been busy but reasonably clean every time we go. A few complaints that the slushy machines were broken and the free air wasn't working so we just went across the street.
This place is trash. I ordered egg whites bc I'm allergic to eggs and they made it with eggs and I already paid for it and they wouldn't give a refund.
