We were there last Friday just after lunch. The place was not crowded but it took almost 30 minutes to get our food. Which was very good BUT my wife just informed me that we got a charge for using a credit card. We paid in cash My wife said that because our waitress was so hard to get she didn’t want to wait any longer Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I was there with my husband Thursday night and then again on Saturday night with another couple. We are frequent customers because our favorite bartender is here. It’s always a fun night when Josh is behind the bar . He makes the best martinis and is so personable. He always makes sure we are well taken care of. The bar area has a fun and relaxing atmosphere. We had buffalo chicken dip which was delicious and blackened salmon with mashed that is always perfect. The seasonal toffee cake is delish as promised. We never wanted for anything. Got seated at 6:45 and didn't get my sald until almost 7:30 and dinner didn't get there until 7:50. When it got there, the gnocchi Barely covered the bottom of the bowl and my chicken was borderline cool, not even warm. Pasta is cheap! If you make me wait over an hour for my meal, at least give me enough to fill me up and make sure it's at least warm to hot! The previous time it was excellent, this time, not so much! We went there for my mother in law birthday and had a great time. I had the rigatoni with sausage and bacon dish (sorry I forgot the name) but it was absolutely delicious. My brother in law got the beef special but it was missing the sauce. But the meal was nearly perfect. The server Kathy/Cathy was perfect and she made the dinner celebration fun. On a Saturday reservations are a must because it was packed. The wait was king but we had a great time Highly recommended! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

It’s a real shame. This place used to be great. The atmosphere and serving staff really are very nice. The issue here is the kitchen and the food. In the course of one hour, in full dining room, the restaurant was only capable of serving one table. Everybody else sat there, nursed their waters, and starved. When I told them I had to leave they rushed food out us. My son’s burger was uncooked (read: not even rare) in a few places. I also noticed that my chicken wrap was way smaller than it used to be. The whole thing was a disaster. The servers were all very sweet and did their best, but the kitchen is an embarrassing failure. 12/9/23 My friends threw me a surprise birthday dinner and the Walnut Grill staff was AMAZING! Our server was sweet and it made my 50th birthday special ! Just one suggestion. Please add that your chocolate brownie dessert has strawberries as a garnish. I’m deathly allergic to strawberries lol. The management fixed the dessert 🍨 unfortunately there was a little cross contamination but it was caught early 💕. Thank you for helping my friends celebrate my day. Meh... My wife ordered a medium steak came out rare. Food was dropped off by someone else and we waited a little for the server to come back...never did so we just ate before the food got cold. To many other great options in the area, I would say better off going to Longhorn or Applebee's if you want something nicer which we thought we were getting for date night check out juniper grille or Firebirds. Called ahead two weeks in advance for a large party for a special day and it couldn’t have been better. The manager was extremely communicative, making sure all details were in place ahead of time. Our party was seated in the heated outdoor patio which was private and comfortable. We had one server for our table and she absolutely did a fantastic job keeping drinks refilled and was so friendly and accommodating.
