It's always a mess. Registers have a small screen to see the prices as the cashier scan items, but they are either not facing the customer side or just not working. Self checkout is very recommended if you want to get out faster. Also, I have noticed that the shopping carts that have a space for special needs or kids/persons with disabilities and the ones with the space to put babies are always left outside the store no matter the weather.
I have had a Walmart membership within-home delivery that I pay for every year ever since the first time they offered delivery. Now I realize there are problems here and there and occasionally my orders can't be delivered. But this is happening multiple times in a row over and over. When I talk to Tilynne on their customer helpline there was zero help. She was ready to just cancel my accounts completely and didn't care if I ever returned to any Walmart again. She told me if I didn't like it there I should pick a different Walmart. In the end she did state that she will escalate it to her manager

Late night run (9PM) to get fabric for my kiddos school project. I get to fabric counter and was welcomed by a lady named Fran, extremely helpful as she assisted selecting the tones, measuring, and cutting them to size. An amazing employee…beautiful soul, unique smile, and unmeasurable customer skills had me driving back home quick to write this review. Thanks for your help Fran, and like I side…You are already blessed!
It took an hour and half to get my grocery order out. If I could give zero stars I would. NEVER again shopping here. Don’t recommend it. Here’s what happened: I’m a regular at Walmart’s grocery pickup, usually spending about $300 a week. But let me tell you about today’s experience – it was a real letdown. So, I placed my order for a 6 PM pickup, and as usual, I expected it to be ready a bit early. I got to the store at 5:50 PM, and right on cue, I got a text saying my order was ready. Checked in at parking spot 14 and waited. But then, the waiting game began. The place was packed, and I could only spot three staff members rushing around. I waited for 20 minutes, then called them up, only to be hung up on! Can you believe that? Tried calling again after another 15 minutes, and this time, it went straight to voicemail. My husband even called to check on the order, and they just said it would be another 10 minutes. But guess what? Another 29 minutes ticked by. Meanwhile, my one-year-old was in the backseat, screaming their head off. I tried to cancel the order online, no luck. Called them again, and the guy on the phone, who claimed to be the manager, was no help either. I was like, “I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half, and I’ve seen people who came in after me leave with their groceries. What’s going on?” And he said they’d be out “right now.” It was just a mess. I’ve had a similar experience before where I waited 30 minutes. But this – waiting for an hour and a half, seeing people who arrived after me get served first, and the total lack of communication – it’s just too much. I’m done with Walmart. Their customer service is just awful. There’s no way I’m spending my money on a company that doesn’t value its customers or organize its services properly. And don’t get me started on their prices – they’ve gone through the roof. My advice? Save yourself the headache and your hard-earned cash. Try ALDI, Jewel, or literally anywhere else. Just steer clear of Walmart.

A very well organized Walmart to shop for groceries, tools, and items you may need. I have been here since I was little and I will continue coming.

As Walmart's go, it's better than most. Good selection, clean, organized, not usually a madhouse. Typical clueless staff, but that's par for the course it seems. Recommended.
I hate that there are so many negative Walmart pick-up reviews for this location. I have always had a pleasant pick-up experience! The attendants are just kids (remember your first few jobs??), cut them some slack, they did your shopping for you - otherwise you can go in and shop yourself and save your complaining lol.

This place just sucks!! Meijer is way better and their prices are as well, jewel-osco might be pricey but their staff is so much better, it seems like you could grab someone off the street in front of walmart and they could be of more service in finding things than most of the "I don't know that's not my department" employees inside, and forget about call8ng the store that is impossible.
