I was pleasantly surprised. For Saturday morning and although somewhat crowded things went smoothly... Except for that one sales associate at the self-checkout who just didn't want to be bothered.
Walmart had the last minute fan our daughter asked us to get for our Disney World visit. They’ve always got what you need. In this case her brother brought one so we took it back for a quick, no hassle return.
Seems like every time we go to a Walmart, it gets worse. Employees seem like they are trying to avoid eye contact with you and most don't even acknowledge you when you do try to interact with them. Getting harder and harder to find "Made in America" as well. Can't wait for self-checkouts to go away. They have more people checking your receipt than they do helping you ring up and bag your items. Bathrooms were disgusting.

On Fletcher nice surprise. Usually I get bounced because I don't speak Spanish in this place. Today I encountered Carmen and Ida in A20. Very professional and excellent customer service skills and interpersonal interactions. Donald at check out was very helpful
Prices way up. Moved many favorites to unlocateable. Clerk stood next to me while checking out. Dident speak, jus luring. Very uncomfortable experience.
I have repeatedly tried to order lipton green ice tea in bulk and this store cannot deliver! Two interesting notes. 1. There is a walmart distribution center in Cocoa, 40 miles south. 2. I am able to always fill the same order at the Port Orange Florida super center 12 miles north of this New Smyrna store. Why should I have to go further to get this order filled on a regular basis? Why is this product rarely on the shelf in this local store?
Need more motorized chairs for the handicap or fix the ones they have. I couldn't go shopping today because of it and some of their staff are very rude my dad had to shop for me while I sat in the front of the store on a bench. He said he got cut off by a Walmart employee while shopping and nobody seemed to be around to help and you let in unauthorized dogs that aren't emotionally support animals or service dogs in. Tighten up Walmart
Do not use scan and go at this location. They will take your phone out of your hands and go through your whole receipt and cart to make sure you’re not stealing and then give back to you your own phone. You will be humiliated using scan and go. It also takes longer then to just scan your items when you leave.

I think there should be something filed against that Walmart because they do not take care of their handicap people when you only have six cards for people to ride in and there's a big old super Walmart the little Walmarts has 10 to 15 cards to ride around in and that big one over there only has six that are running thinking about calling attorney and seeing what can be done because there's not a been to that Walmart that you cannot get one of the electric carts to go shopping with that I have
0 stars for the worlds absolute worst Walmart. Extremely poor customer service from management. Backstory, partner and I drove an hour and half out of our way, after calling ahead to purchase two chairs that were listed online for a reduced price. We were told by an employee that there were two of the chairs in the store and if we were to come to the store rather than purchase online for pick up next day, that the manager would price match the items. When we arrived we were told the complete opposite. Though the chairs were both clearly there, the manager refused to price match the item. We explained the above to the store manager, and even mentioned how far out of our way we traveled. We went around in circles with her for quite some time, and she extremely rude and disrespectful. As you can imagine we were frustrated from false information from the employees over the phone, and the lack of understanding from the manager. An anonymous employee who overheard the conversation apologized on her behalf and stated that the manager was being rude and is fully authorized and capable of doing a price match. Beware of this store as their customer service is atrocious!!!
