Whoever the elderly lady zoning the wax melts was, she is EXTREMELY rude and ignorant. She was zoning this aisle at 10:52 AM. I smelled the Magic Spell wax melts, which were already in the wrong place. When I finished smelling them, I put them in the right place and she walked over aggressively and said "That's not where that goes." I politely said "Ma'am?" Then she said "Don't even worry about it. I got it." I walked back around to see where she put the package and she put it right back where I put it. This place is so ratchet and ghetto. Do better.

Pharmacy - the guy who works in the back (Tyler Bertoc) who thinks he knows everything (he's only a tech...guess he wasn't smart enough to actually become the pharmacist) is beyond rude and moody. You ask him a question and it is a chore for him to do his job and answer you in a professional manner. I guess it is because he is ALWAYS on his phone while he is preparing people's medications! To top it off, due to his know it all attitude he berated the staff for keeping the fridge open all while he acts holier than thou and on his phone. In the meantime, the Indian woman pharmacist says nothing to him to put him in his place. The counter girls are really good though. Like other reviewers have stated, this store is a general hot mess to begin with. The manager and district manager should be fired.

This place was packed. Everybody and their mama was at Wally World. So it was about 530pm when I left. They started getting on the intercom about 430, saying they were closing at 6. Child boo. I when I was leaving, about 85 ppl came in the store, grabbing buggies. I started laughing, and I told one lady, " it may be wise for them to lock the door or have someone to turn them around bc they are not going to close at 6. She said sure isn't. It will be about 8. Then, we departed ways. But other than that, it was a good visit.
Very poor service. Employees arguing with and cursing. Never have any of handicaps carts working, like yesterday 7 parked not working and don’t ask anyone about them as they treat you as don’t bother me and this is ongoing in this store
A ton of products are in the incorrect place so finding what you need even if you base it off of the exact isle and spot that online has the the tag is for finding the product at this location is an extreme hassle. Ask for help maybe? Let go of that thought. The staff is extremely rude to you once they finally get off there phone to even look up and acknowledge you when asking for assistance. The one and only thing I can give the store is the people at the customer center desk.
Had to use self checkout of course, well I had to have my id checked even though I definitely look over 40 and I wasn't making the purchase... Don't know if that is the new policy but it was quite the hold up for myself and others.

Store itself was fine. However they need to have more cashiers. Just 2 doesn't cut it. Most seniors around here hate self check outs.

DO NOT COME HERE. Going to a different Walmart a little further is definitely worth it. I am not one who usually complains, but if I could rate this store 0 stars, I would. this Walmart is closest to my house, and I shop here pretty regularly. EVERY time I come here the whole place is in disarray, and looks abandoned. These pictures I took are from ONE very small section of the store. The entire store looked like this. Nothing was put where it goes or hung up, it was all just thrown on shelves. I spent 10 minutes in the deodorant aisle alone looking for my deodorant because nothing is where it goes. I have to use the app to scan things and check the price, because again, nothing is put away where it goes and the price tags don’t match. There were piles of trash on the floor, completely empty aisles throughout, boxes blocking aisles, empty and full clothes racks in the middle of isles that you literally had to move to get through, pallet jacks in the middle of aisles (VERY big hazard) and not to mention, someone in a wheelchair would not be able to get through this store, which is a law. Every employee I saw was on their phone and when a customer would start to walk their way they would walk away to avoid having to do their job. I’ve never seen any store like this, especially not a Walmart. It was absolutely disgusting and you will spend hours here trying to get a couple things because nothing is where it should be.
Standard Walmart where all the items are in the isle and you have to move for all the employees. Prices are nothing to brag about and having to check yourself out and still pay the same price. Opened boxes from people stealing. The outdoor section is a joke and half the items are miss priced or open and broken. The toys are way over priced and they are too proud about their brand.
This Walmart used to be my go-to store. Now everytime I go i have to take pictures of the advertised prices because when I check out the prices are all higher. When I was checking out I showed the pictures to an associate at self-checkout and she acted as though I was severely inconveniening HER becuase THEIR prices are incorrect. I told her to go check for herself and she said she was not walking way back to the automotive section. Then she wanted to see when the pictures were taken (time and date). What a joke. Great customer service Walmart. I'll stick to buying on Amazon for non-food items and Publix for food items.
