Brought my car here for an oil change around noon. They estimated it would take 2 hours. They called me back 3.5 hours later to tell me they couldn't do it. The reason they couldn't do it... "My dip stick was broken"... So odd, it wasn't broken this morning when we decided to bring it in. Lying dishonest and delusional staff.
The checkout line was HORRIBLE. The entire store was self checkout. If I wanted to work here, I would apply. The scan gun was missing from my register and I had to manually lift and scan all my large items. The store was very busy and there were two associates that worked "asset protection", basically making sure people weren't stealing. This isn't customer service, and the prices don't reflect the savings of having less cashiers on staff. Stupudity. I am not here to steal. I want help checking out a FULL cart of merchandise without having to do it all myself. I am a paying customer. I haven't seen this nonsense at my local Walmart superstore.

Brought in car for new tires. Set appointment online. Still took almost 4 hours despite being quoted 1 hr. A week later the tire pressure sensor stops working and have to bring it in. Was quoted 30-45 minutes. Took another 4 hours to change 1 tire pressure sensor. That’s nuts! Will never bring car in again.

I have never been inside a Walmart with 100% self checkout. It took twenty minutes to get through the line for two items I needed for work. Your only option to speed up the process is to go into the two paid Walmart Members Plus self checkout fastlanes. I will not be coming here again and will actively be telling others to avoid it
Never getting groceries here again. I tried to do a pick up order and I put no substitutions on the app, but they did substitutions anyways. My order was late. And even after it was late, I still had to sit there waiting for my order for 45 minutes. I got a survey to submit online, which I did, and I got a call about it while I was at work. I went to call back, sat on the phone waiting for another half hour just to not be answered. And I tried to call multiple departments with no answer. On top of it all, I was charged for my order twice. So now I have a negative bank account balance and have accrued fees to go with that. Worst shopping experience ever.

They've reorganized things and as a result the store is very pretty to look at with items clearly marked, but one thing I've noticed over the years is that no matter what they do to spruce up the store, the produce still looks awful.

This Walmart was a very clean, and well managed store, from all appearances. They do an excellent job directing the customer of where to go when doing self checkout and it is the only store that I've seen that extends privileged lines for Walmart+ subscribers. The lone downside? I needed to drop off a package to FedEx and had no idea it was inside the Walmart because nothing identifies FedEx external to the store.

I strongly dislike this store. On any given day, I'll find a food item that *should* be refrigerated on a dry goods shelf. I really wonder if those items get put back hours/days later. They've also made some recent changes to the checkouts which will guarantee a longer wait in line. Just time enough to question your life choices and how you ended up in a Walmart and really what's a ten minute extra drive to Kroger.
Getting help in the produce section is a painful process. Most associates are busy picking up items for online orders. When an in-person customer asks around for help, they seem to be frustrated. I rarely ask for help unless I am not able to find the item I want. The exclusive cash registers for Walmart+ customers are always closed and the regular registers are lined up for a mile. I am writing this review after observing for the past 2 months. I am a regular at this store for the past 2 years. Hope someone will notice this review and make amends.

This is a particularly nice Walmart Supercenter. A friend told me about a great sale they were having on a Blackstone grill, and when I got to the store I just could not find it. I knew they were in a big stack somewhere but they were not in the garden center where I thought they would be. I ask a nice man who tried very hard to find it for me, but failed, even with his app. Then I tried another guy in the garden center and he knew right where they were…next to the TVs lol. He lead me there and loaded the heavy box in my basket. The store is clean, the folks friendly and the checkout was a breeze.
