Where is the negative star button? So, I was in the "Outdoors Services" section. I walk up to the counter and there is a guy in front of me, and an older gentleman behind the counter. The older gentleman associate finishes his sale to the guy in front of me. I move up to the counter because I also would like to purchase something that is in a locked case. He looks at me, turns around, puts a box of ammo back in the case, locks it, and then walks away. He leaves the department completely.
So I am thinking to myself "You've got to be kidding me right". Well, I stand there for about 20-25 minutes hoping someone will show up. It doesn't happen, so I start mashing this button that I have pictured here. I do this every 5 minutes for about another 20-25 minutes. No one shows up at all.
So I go hunt me down an associate, describe to her what has happened and request some help in that department. She called her manager on the phone, and relayed the request. After an additional 15 minutes of waiting, I just got pissed off and walked out. I'd take your purchases elsewhere if you can folks. These people don't give a damn.

Went to purchase a tire and get it put on a rim. I was told it'd take 1 hour. Over 3 hours later, my tire was never touched, and the person who does tires had left for the day. Had to wait another 45 mins to an hour for it to get done.

I shop very early (6-7am) but I still like to have help checking out. The Gulfport Walmart store has a lot more items than others but they don't have checkers open that early. I don't like buying much there for that reason. It takes me twice as long to get through the checkout. I prefer Pass Christian, they have at least one checker open early.

Brianna in the pickup department was extremely helpful helping me get checked in as an alternate pick up person. She was friendly, fast, knowledgeable. She is certainly a valued employee.

Very clean, stocked store. We usually have to go to the Super Wal-Mart to get my husband's cereal, but this neighborhood market location carries it. They have a wider selection of products and food. Employees friendly and eager to assist you. I love a retail store that's clean and stocked and the employees nice and friendly, informative, and eager to help. I highly recommend this location to anyone especially if you're in the area.

It was so busy being a week before Christmas. The customers were very nice trying to maneuver between one another and all of the displays. Unfortunately, the lack of open registers to check out was minimal, so the lines were very long.

I shop at this store once or twice a week. Everyone here are very helpful. Ellen, Helen, Jay, Justin, Erron (cleaner) and Olivia are very helpful to me. Great service!

I go here for all most all of my groceries. They have Flavor bomb cherry tomatoes which are excellent and full of flavor. The produce is good. Store is clean and people are friendly.

My son went to get new tires that I bought online and tried to pay for installation and road hazard. Well after waiting over three and a half hours he checked out and forgot to add road hazard. Next morning tried to calll to get the road hazard and they refused said have to get it at time of purchase which is ridiculous. Plus first time when he showed up to get his tires which he was refused the tech told him the tires he was buying were trash. You gotta love the Walmarts. Just sad

Give your employees help. Christmas season and you have customers standing for a half hour to get a charging cable that's locked behind a glass door.
Give them help. Imagine all the other shopping I could do if I could get a charging cable.
