It smelled extremely strong of Marijuana as soon as you walked through the doors. The employees didn't greet you or even acknowledge you. The atmosphere in general was depressing. I there are things they can't control, but there are things you should.
Had to ask someone where what I needed was. They were nice letting me know where it was. Had to use self check out. No cashiers that I could see. To me, it feels very impersonal, like they are herding cattle. I don't go there unless I have to.

Been waiting for my online order over an hour. Nobody will answer the phone. Over 20 cars waiting. No contact from the store about being late.
This is the first time in almost 4 years that I have been back to the store. I couldn't walk around real good due to a bad leg currently, but I did want to check the prices on a 50" Vizio smart T.V. I'm glad I went back. The store clerk for that department was extremely helpful and found out that the T.V. I wanted was on a greater mark down when scanned than was listed on the store sign. I was happy about that, and due to my bad leg, they even got it to my car and loaded it for me. Two very good employees! Thanks There were no pictures taken in store to add.
Most of the time, I get friendly cashiers, but not today! I tried speaking to my cashier, and she didn't say two words to me. Plus, she was leaning over like she was sick. When the other cashier came over to help bag my groceries, I asked if she was ok. The 2nd cashier said she was, but it didn't seem like she was.

On Saturday 12/16 my daughter and I were shopping and she noticed that her blood sugar was low. We headed towards the front of the store to get her something to eat when I noticed she was not with me. There was a divider next to me, so I backed up and went to the other side. She was there looking at the ceiling and the next I knew she had passed out and fallen straight back hitting her head very hard on the floor. I ran to find something to give her, saw a young male associate, asked for help, grabbed a Mountain Dew and returned to my daughter. As I was trying to give her the Mountain Dew help arrived, called 911 and assisted me in helping my daughter. When the Paramedics arrived they were able to treat her and took her to the hospital. Within a few hours she had CT’s and bloodwork and everything looked good. Other than a very sore head, a few aches and pains, she went home and recovered quickly. I have no idea who was there to help me, but I would like to thank all of them for what they did. I was concentrating on treating my daughter and taking care of her and they quickly called 911 to get help. I appreciate how they managed the entire situation. They were very thoughtful and caring. Thank you very much to those that stepped up and helped me that day. ❤️

Have to give 1 star cuz there is no 0. The past two times I have ordered online I only got half my order and then got someone else's order too! Just tonight I was supposed to receive an order between 7-8pm and then find out it is delayed by 2 hours!!! So I had. To cancel because that was too late! Wth! So I will be going. To Hy-Vee from now on!
Terrible store. Delayed an order then rescheduled then failed to deliver at the rescheduled time when I called delivery department they blatantly lied to me the the walmart operator didn't answer so I could speak with store manager. They're a lot of other walmarts in the quiet cities go to any of the other ones.

Lines are always much more longer in self check out due to having issues and having to wait on a worker. But by the way. I hardly ever use self checkout due to job cuts for people and everything is still the same price for the customers to do the work?! Just saying it's nice to have the option. But didn't mean take people's jobs away and make more customer do the work.
Needed a cell phone, but no one was there at 9:15 AM... A clerk told me to come back in the afternoon when someone might be working? I decided to go elsewhere for better service. Would recommend Metro PC for anyone needing reliable service at a fair price, they are very dependable and there's always someone available to answer questions and help you.
