I went shopping for my grandbabies and it was okay, but I remember going in there one day to get a few grocery items and forgot my debit card in the car my daughter-in-law was also with me, and I scanned the items that I needed, and when I went to pay for it that's when I realized that I had left it in the car, so I asked the lady could I leave the cart with my daughter-in-law and she said yes, but when I returned to the store she treated us as if we where stealing and I got very offended by this!! I told her we don't steal and had no need to she called the store manager there at the time and I went off on them, because of how they were treating us. I'm not racist it's a shame that we still have racist people in this world!!!
Noticing one of our tires was damaged and needing it for Monday we stopped and got tires. Everybody was nice. Our truck is a 2019 and in perfect condition. In the process of them installing the tires they completely damaged our wheels. They scratched them and removed a layer of chrome. So the walmart associate looked over the wheels and it being clearly obvious that they where damaged he filed a claim taking 100% responsibility. He told us that we would hear from the claims department in the next 3 days and if not to give them another couple of days and that we would receive an email. We never received a email and the claims department called only once at 1pm on a weekday and my husband could not answer the phone. They did not leave a voicemail or try to reach out via email. This happened on 10/22.
It is now 12/12 and we still haven’t received a call or email about our claim. We have tried to call every extension and every number to just be put on hold for hours at a time. I have sent numerous emails to the individuals I was told to contact and have not received a single call or email back. This is not professional at all. We have also tried to communicate with Walmart and the manger says that they cannot help us and that it’s between us and the claims department. Even she stated that if it was her vehicle she would want it fixed but there was nothing she could do. If you value your vehicle, I would not take it to this store to have any work done and per the manager they can damage your vehicle and there’s nothing else they can do. It’s solely up to the claims department and they knew what they done because they left soap residue all on our wheels to cover it up.
Went in for bolt cutters and a lock..came out w $200 of stuff 🙃🤗.
This store always had a good selection and is clean. Lines move quickly and staff are helpful.
Not enough registers running and self check-out was backed up as well. Other than the battle of the quickest to get to an available cashier, nice variety of products to choose from!!
I’ve been shopping at Walmart in Baxley for over 20 years. I hate it when I look for a product and find they have moved it’s location. I am glad that our local Walmart finally has on-line orders. I like that I can run in and out to get my handful of items rather quickly.
Dewight Rowland and Dana Roberts both stopped what they we’re working on to assist me and made my trip a success!!! Thanks for the Excellent Customer Service!!!!Vicki Ursrey was also a really helpful and Kknd, a sweet and kind lady!
You go expecting to buy your usual product and surprise, they're out of stock. No one around to ask if they have not yet re-stocked or if they have completely removed the item altogether. Pallets are always blocking main aisles, especially in the evening hours, so there is no way through except to walk all the way to the other side of the store.
An hour before close, and only 1 self checkout is open. EMA refused to open anymore and the line was steadily growing. It's bad enough there is no cashier's but to make it take 20 minute barest minimum to check out is ridiculous.
