After Covid, I started ordering groceries online. I have had really good service and product picks with this. I would recommend trying it at least once. I do pick them up myself but they do offer delivery.
Easy in and out shopping. Only concern was that so many staff were just standing around instead of gathering carts. There were many electric carts outside but none indoors. Seens to me that the staff standing around outside in sight of at least 3 of the carts could have brought them in.
Could not believe how much these people don’t give a fudge about the customer. Yesterday at the back car check out counter, I was the only customer there. One of the store managers, shirt and tie, not vast, as I was standing at the checkout counter walked up and had the cashier do something else. So I had no one to finish checking me out. But they both fidgeted with papers and drawers for long enough that I decided to buy my battery at O’Reily, who were actually present and waiting at the counter. They willingly took my money and even offered me tools to switch it out.
I don't like Walmart. I don't like their policies. This last visit, there was an older gentleman wanting to check my receipt after he saw me go thru a cashier lane. I walked right by. He did ask my wife, she had the receipt but I was already out at the car. What could he possibly be comparing it to?
They rarely have the inventory consistently. They do not keep the shelves stocked.
While the employees are decent and helpful, it is apparent that they are short-handed.
I usually just go to the pharmacy when I go to this location. But when I've needed to pick up a few other things they always have them in stock and the store is always clean. Employees are also friendly here providing good customer service. Whether I use self-check which I prefer or go to a cashier I get in and out pretty fast. Nice store!
It was a quick in and out trip so I don't have too much to say, the bags however at the self checkouts must have been a bad batch because they definitely were not holding up for most customers.
Still no refund for an order they KNOW was stolen in 2022. This place steals outright from customers, not only the store but corporate steals too. They also lie, have an absolutely filthy store, have useless management and have phones they never answer used for paperweights. Deserves negative stars. They should be ashamed but I'm sure this stealing they do adds up to profits. UPDATE: still no refund from these thieves and it's just under a year now. Do not shop here.
Good prices, not enough stock on shelves at times. Too many self checkouts, need more happy customer service workers, less on their cell phones. Store should be fully stocked if they had management to handle it right . Have overnight stockers, less of them in the middle of the aisles stocking or talking or in their phones. There problem solved.
Here I'll sum it up:
Overnight stockers, fully stocked shelves from the hours of 9 pm to 5 am. Doors open at 6 am, boom !!! Happy customers.
Get the self checkout gone, give people jobs as cashier's and carry on
