It's a Walmart. It's big. They've done some updates to it. They have a huge clothing section. It's near the University so there's always students in there and it's pretty busy.

The North Logan walmart is absolutely terrible with grocery pickup. They always put other food with the raw chicken. I would give 0 stars if possible. This time they put the lunch meat, diced ham, and our colby jack cheese with the raw chicken. We are unsure if it's safe to eat. Not sure how long they have been put together.

The manager was extremely helpful & polite when I called. She gets a five star.
However it took me at least 15 calls for someone to finally pick up the phone. Both Logan Utah Walmarts need to fix that. They're a pain to reach by phone. Even to order groceries, which is why I gave Walmart itself 3 stars.

Never have enough help!!! Always claim to be short handed and always tell you that it's going to be an hour to get an oil change and 2 hrs later they still haven't gotten to my car and then tries to tell me again their short handed and now I have 4 people ahead of me. It takes 30 minutes to change oil. Get more help or find a better system. This happens all the time but their wall says they have lots of workers. Maybe get more people trained in the store to help when your busy in the TLE area sense you have plenty of workers doing online orders and plenty of other workers standing around.

This walmart is really out there selling EXPIRED product!! My husband bought the last two packages of hillshire farm little smokies yesterday for a superbowl, and both of them were expired! One from February 3rd, and the other one from December 15th! That's almost three months! Their quality control is seriously lacking. Makes you wonder what other expired products go unnoticed...

Mostly do pick-up orders here, and it is mostly great.
Once in a while I've got bad produce or I'm missing an item, but customer service will refund me quickly.
The people who load the groceries are hit or miss, I have an SUV and I have had stuff just roll out of my car before when I get home - someone should probably tell them not to set up cylindrical items and the edge of the opening on SUVs.
Most of the time I have no complaints though, today was excellent.

I developed my pictures there. The 1hour service is great, it mostly takes only 20 - 30 min. So we stay and look through the store, instead of leaving and picking the pictures up later. We always find some great deals

I stumbled across the cologne section today as I was perusing through the store. Having time, I decided to spray my body with every cologne they had. Many smelt of straight alcohol, while others smelt of hairspray. There were, to my surprise, a couple of semi decent ones. This, however, could not compensate for the overpowering mixture of 17 different smells that covered my body. Should you find yourself in this Walmart, please avoid making the mistake I made.

So the ineptitude of the employees at this location is beyond belief. Stopping my son for stealing and wouldn’t you know it he paid for it all and you were wrong! Your excuse is “you mixed him up with someone else”! Shame on you! Train your employees better! Stop being homophonic and racist. You and I both know you were profiling! I will no longer be shopping at your stores. I will be sharing on social media, with friends and family as well as the news! Do better! You would think with amount of videos out there showing when you are wrong you would train your loss prevention team better! Screw you and Ba Hum Bug!

The store isn't always clean.. But, I really like the employees! They are friendly, helpful, and down to earth. I visit the store frequently, and honestly I can't tell you any time in the last few years where someone has been unkind or rude to me there.
...Well, I can think of an experience about a year ago where the manager wouldn't let me return a stuffed animal from a holiday because supposedly they had only a 30-day return window or something like that (I can't remember the details now, I can only remember how she treated me.). She said that signs were clearly posted, but I never saw those signs. That was frustrating to me, but that experience is the exception to the rule. I enjoy going to Walmart... For the people and obviously, for the prices.
Oh...yeah... The only thing I really, really don't like about Walmart is that they allow some really skanky images on their perfumes or their muscle drinks or posters, etc etc! I know that this problem isn't limited to Walmart, and unfortunately most people don't speak up, but I always speak up when I see things! And I hope you will too!
