Feel uncomfortable when I talk to them I kind of feel like you can’t get the cake you want even though they advertise it and say you can pick it up at that Walmart is wrong all I want is my cake to look nice Ocean blue ask for a shark cake told they can’t make it there so I have to order it plain and decorate it myself! when you pay for a cake you should get what you want and they should not advertise it and they shouldn’t make you feel uncomfortable when you talk to them like they don’t like you or something I just feel like you have to agree with what they say, even though you tell them how you want it the lady before me was treated with respect they were even laughing. When I start talking to them I already have social PTSD nervous condition and she made it worse. well, the first lady I talked to today on the phone. She was really nice respectful with me the other one just makes you feel uncomfortable. The cake is pretty simple to make and they have this catalog of all the cakes they can make so the one I want why can’t they add a couple waves around the side of it and make it ocean blue they told me it’s gonna be royal blue not the blue I ordered I should get my cake half off even though I already paid 45 bucks for it. oh well I’ll pick it up tomorrow next time I’m going to a real bakery with respectful people customer is not always right at this bakery you can’t get what you want! I will add photos tomorrow I should talk to my cousin he is a manager at Walmart I don’t know which one though
Even when we picked it up she seemed to be in the same mood didn’t say have a good day or nothing in fact I said thank you and have a good day I have pictures of it after I put the sharks on myself. If she would’ve treated us better when we went to pick it up. I was gonna delete this review and say that her attitude was much better but I’m not gonna delete it because she wasn’t better. I just know I will be going to different bakery. The cake turned out OK but I added all the decorations and It don’t look like an ocean but it worked out. I just figured when you order a cake you get what you want you should anyway especially if they advertised it but I bought all of the shark toppings myself on Amazon. and put them on myself
