The bakery here is horrifically managed. None of these people can do their jobs correctly. I’m especially irritated about how bad they messed up my graduation cake. My dad ordered marble cake a month in advance, he arrives to pay for it, the day before my graduation and they tell us that they don’t have marble cake, despite us specifically ordering it a month ago and they refused to give us the cake we wanted because the picture we used was “licensed.” We weren’t told that would be a problem either. Then we go to pick it up today and it is the ugliest cake I’ve ever seen! Whoever made it needs to be FIRED!! Who in their right mind puts BLACK flowers on an already black cake?! We asked for gold icing and they used this hideous yellow color that looks like mustard, the sprinkles looked like sesame seeds! DO NOT go here! $100 for this is a ripoff! You people should give my dad a full refund for this trouble!
