I placed a custom cake order on 1/24. My husband arrived to pick up the cake this morning on 1/30 to find they substituted the SpongeBob cake kit for Minions without a text or a phone call beforehand to ask if that would be acceptable. He then had to wait 20+ minutes for a refund. This is the second negative experience I have had with this bakery. I would not recommend cake order services at this location.
