I don't have much to say about Waffle House, this location recently had a remodel which is good but the food was anything interesting. The day I did go the waffles were undercooked so I had ended up eating my eggs and sausage while new waffles were being made. No fault of the staff, they provided great service as always. My husband went to do a to-go order and was told he had to come back after 6. He went back and they still refused to let him do a to-go order even after explaining he was told to come back. He had to pick me up to go sit in and as we ate, they were taking to-go orders. Definitely need to improve on customer service.

Visited after 10pm on a trip from Texas. Everything was going pretty decent until we noticed a roach on the floor. Made the waitress aware of it and she was not concerned. Said they come in from outside and did not make an attempt to do anything about it. We paid for the meal and left. Will not return. Enjoy your meal folks!
