Miss Bailey was the best server I've ever had. She made me feel so comfortable and I was completely worn out from driving and working all day and after a very difficult week. The food was awesome, service the best and everyone was great. Miss Bailey made my day by being a nice person and making me feel special after a rough week . The store in Muscle Shouls.are great So of the servers in the Florence store are very lazy.i waited 15 minutes for a table to get cleaned as the server stood behind the counter doing nothing.and when I asked if anybody was going to clean any of the tables they said they have a medical emergency. I went in hungry. The pimple-faced puke minding the counter was pounding on it in time to the music, which was heavy metal blasting at full volume. No smiling greeting, just ignored me. The grill operator was burning something in a pan. There were only two customers there, and it was dinnertime. I used the bathroom and left. Restroom was dirty, no soap, no towels, and the hand dryer didn't work. Gee, I wonder why there were only two customers. Meal type Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
