Food has gone downhill during the management transition and no liquor license. Hopefully they get their act together and resume their gourmet status and ability to enjoy a cocktail with friends and watch the planes. Chicken Picata dish was very salty and a strange recipe that forgot the lemon and was loaded with garlic. Delicious food . We had the Bavarian Appetizer, Swordfish and Pork Chop. The Unique location provided a beautiful atmosphere. Thank You to Riley for the great service. Waco has been a dependable place to go until last night. We made reservations to eat and when we got there the following things happened: 1. Were told by the waitress their liquor license was in transition and they had no alcohol at all. Didn’t know when they would and answered saying “ I just work here “ why not tell us that ahead of time or at least apologize and offer a free drink voucher for next time. Next we had the always dependable chicken tacos and they were dry , very salty and had no sauce on them at all. Clearly the kitchen has changed as well with the new ownership. Bottom line…. We won’t be back soon and thumbs down to the new management for a very poor transition 😩👎🏻👎🏻 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
