I recently used the Vons app to order groceries for pick up. It was super quick and easy to use. Ruslana brought out my groceries and was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be shopping here more often thanks to the amazing customer service!! :)
I am usually happy with this market but I have to say that yesterday I had a very bad experience in the deli department. There to purchase fried chicken I stood there for I don't know how long before one lady asked me what I needed. I was told another five minutes for the chicken to be cooked so I decided to go & pick out the rest of my items. When I came back again I just stood there. Finally a different lady asked me what I needed after the first one kept ignoring me. I asked for my chicken, she bagged it & just placed it on the counter. No words at all. I know what it is to be in customer service & a "Will that be it?" or, "Anything else?" or, just simply, "Have a good day".
Very disappointed with Christmas prime rib dinner. I didn't expect to simply receive pre-packaged items which I could have simply taken off the shelf myself. What was the point in ordering a $100 meal?!!!
I visited ones today to purchase a gift card. The store is very clean, well stocked and offers an enormous variety of products. The service bakery and deli have so many delectable delights. The employees are always extremely courteous and helpful. I could shop any number of places but all these reasons make Vons my favorite.
Each time I come to this store it's a disappointment.
I'm a club member. Came to this store the day before my girlfriend's birthday to get her favorite, lamb chops. The meat department told me to come back tomorrow cuz they were out of stock.
I came back the next day (girlfriend's birthday) and they were out of stock again.
I tried a month later came for chicken thighs....you guessed it, out of stock. I told the supervisor on duty and Marianna shrugged her shoulders with a fake smile.
I called the corporate number to inform them of my consistent disappointment and waste of time as well as the flaw in their inventory system. I've been waiting for 19 minutes now and no one to answer my call.
Fail in many aspects. I will save my time and go to Starter Brothers instead.
I got home and I was able to write this review while on hold. Fail, fail, fail.
Now that I've spent 22 minutes waiting I think I'll hang up now. Thank you for wasting my drive, my time only to get nothing I came for.
Wanted some of the mango habanero chicken and ordered an 8 piece. The large girl with the glasses at the counter only put 6 pieces in the bag and my elderly mother asked if she put 8 since she ordered an 8 piece not a 6. This girl proceeded to give her the nastiest look like my mom's question ruined her whole day then she just threw two more pieces into the bag. Is this how you treat your customers? Such unprofessional behavior especially with the ageism and some racism as well. Employees should know how to count or at least be kinder to elderly people.
Sales refused to make western union transfer. His rezone that nobody there to help me.it was 8 o'clock in the morning and was no costumers in store.only me and it takes only 3min. shame

They are good about returns, but the quality has gone down the toilet.
