Friendly staff. 6 self checkouts plus regular cashiers so wait is never long. Do a good job trying to keep everything in stock. Normally can find even the ad specials on the last day of the ad.
Starbucks inside store never has a wait.
Also Vons gas station in the parking lot is one of the lowest priced gas stations in the area. Same price cash or debit card. Credit card is 10 cents extra per gallon.

Vons recently updated their store, making shopping much more enjoyable. They added more refrigeration units with products easily visible, and keeping food temperature to prolong freshness. The isles are comfortably wide to accommodate two carts without having to wait for one cart to pass, while the other cart would have to wait. This store is clean from the packaged products to the floor, shopping carts. I have on three occasions witnessed wallets being reunited with the owner with every dollar still remaining untouched. This stores staff has to be one of the most honest. There are many grocery stores to shop at, but I think if you give this Vons a chance, the staff will win you over.

Great staff. Rarely have to wait long at regular checkout + they have six self-checkout stations. They do a good job trying to keep items in stock - especially advertised items.

This is a self pickup review, the first two times I did self pickup I was very happy my order came out perfect, but since then there has been something wrong with everything order, a lot of out of stock items not listed on web site, and not substituted, I was given 2 packages of ground beef with date on package sell by one day past date, I was given a package of tomatoes that had white mold and were mushy, I ordered sweet yellow onions and got plain yellow ones, I asked for navel oranges and got Cara Cara, I got over ripe avocados all black inside. And the worst was when I placed my order and the receipt said pickup between 5/8 pm than at 7pm I got a call from Vons telling me I had to pick up by 7:30 because it was slow and they were going to close early, when I bought it to the girl’s attention I had till 8pm per my receipt she rudely told me she didn’t see that on my order. I had to rush to get there and when I showed her my receipt with the times she just gave me a so what look, no apology or anything and just turned her back and walked away!
