I came in for a quick bite on the way to the airport and Gabe at the front counter was efficient, polite, and friendly. I ordered the Chicha Morada to drink (my favorite!), and the quinoa-stuffed avocado with the side of pulled chicken. There was a lot of balsamic drizzle on top, so the pulled chicken helped soften the flavors. It was a delicious dish and I felt healthy eating it. Love Viva Chicken! We celebrated Father's Day there this year and my husbands sixtieth birthday today ! He loves the food! We all do. I had the Peruvian chicken and rice and plantains. .
