I had a satisfying onion bialy and a couple of specialty sodas in mentally and culinarily stimulating environment. A gem of a bakery and a boon for this community. The quality of their baked goods is well-documented, but there's more here than initially meets the eye: it's also a social focal point on weekend mornings/early afternoons and offers one of the best views of the passing train into the city from just behind the building through an elegant row of square windows, which plentifully illuminate the loaves and pastries below the rest of the time. And where else around here can you find cold cans of Japanese Royal Milk Tea!? Highly recommended.
