Thank you to Vitality bowl! I came in on a budget. I ordered the chia pudding and you gave me a side of fruit. Soooo delicious 😋. I had some raw almond butter in my car 🚗 and added that. I'm a loyal customer for life! You guys were so nice,kind and patient toward me. Plus your food is fresh and healthy. Anyone on a health journey should start here. For a place that just opened, I understand completely that you're understaffed. Either way, I really thought I was gonna be wowed by the freshness, especially since it took over 20 mins to get my order. The smoothie was missing something that would make me want another. The food was like a true hit and miss, while they do have great options, just not sure if it's filling. I would say that for the space, it's nice and simple, great for a meet and greet for a first date. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed by the food and smoothie. I’ve been craving a açaí bowl and so happy that I found this spot. The place I used to get them from have raised the prices to nearly $20 a bowl. I went in and it was clean and nice inside. I tried the Vitality Bowl and added peanut butter. It was exactly what I have been craving. This place is always soooooooo slow. Love their acai bowls but the wait is always extremely long. Even when you order online and ask for your food to be ready 20 mins before you arrive (learned from previous experience) and still had to wait for them to make our bowls for 30 minutes. The Blue Bliss Bowl was extremely sweet, and did not feel healthy. The blue looks darker than other spirulina blue acai bowls I've had. The Temptation Smoothie with strawberries, banana, and dark chocolate was very run-down watery with ice. There was no chocolate flavor at all. Pleasant enough service- but the customer service did not talk- the guy just pointed to the ordering booth, which was not pointed in the direction of the customer. It was to the side, and there was no obvious sign when facing the cash register. If they just put that in a more obvious place, it would be easier to use it without waiting for any input. So as other posters have mentioned, the service here is bad. Slowest service in Charlotte. The food is great here. A HUGE variety of selections so you don't get bored. And all are healthy. They don't add sugar or ice to their products. Loved every item I have had here. Power panini's are the best ever! Acai Bowls are awesome and they keep introducing new items all the time.
