What a gem on Mare Island! We have visited Vino Godfather twice with the intention of just buying a few bottles of wine (love the Prohibition Red and Prohibition Tempranillo!) This time we stayed and enjoyed a glass of wine on the front porch, shaded by huge magnolia trees. Great wines, incredibly welcoming staff, and a beautiful historic building. Just perfect. Our new favorite Vallejo itinerary includes a stop at Alibi Bookshop, Anchor Pantry, lunch at Napoli’s, and wine at Vino Godfather. Can’t wait to go back!

What a great experience. Thomas and Bennie were amazing hosts. The wine was terrific. Much more of a local vibe. Way better than the tourist places

A great place to see live music. Beautiful venue with lovely outside lawn, shrubs and flowers. Tables set up, many with umbrellas, and lots of shade trees. Ample parking nearby.

My friends and I went for the first time last night. We had a blast 🫶 Joe, our sommelier for the evening, took excellent care of us🙌 great location, first rate service and definitely on our ‘regular spots’ of Vallejo list

What an amazing venue!!! We just spent the most beautiful afternoon enjoying great wine, wonderful hospitality from everyone here and such a unique building full of character and history.
It’s worth the trip out to the island!! A true gem. Thank you Vino Godfather!

Perfect location to celebrate my son's graduation from the Cal Maritime Academy. Plenty of room for guests to mingle and not be stuck at just one table. Beautiful building and surroundings.
