This is one of the finer Italian restaurants in the area in terms of excellent food and service but unfortunately it is a BYOB only which is why I gave it 4 stars. They do catering for private parties with excellent service as well. Very nice selection of lunch and dinner menu items which I think are a tad pricey but the cuisine is delicious. Just bring your favorite wine, alcohol or beer and you'll be pleased.

Lunch was awesome! Food was good and priced accordingly. Dinner we had 2 specials, lamb chops and a pasta with fish. Those specials were $36.00, which is way overpriced. Lamb flavor was very good, but they were floppy, as if defrosted and microwaved. Chicken parm was good, and pasta special was fresh and excellent tasting. We sat in a large room, kind of blah, but the bar side is cozy. We like Villagio, but ask for the price on the specials.

I guess the best way to describe the food is to say that the food tasted like my mother use to make. Owner, who was on site, was extremely cordial. Would highly recommend and will certainly return next time we are in the area.

We were at Peddlers Village and were turned away from 2 places. Villaggio not only had plenty of room but had a wonderful starter of seasoned beans and carrots and bread with herbed oil. Great experience!!
