Great space and very aesthetically pleasing. Jazzy tunes playing in the background. The staff is friendly. Had the best coffee. Perfect for a meeting, a study session or catching up with a friend. I'll be a regular.

Lovely coffee shop in Soweto. Howeve, tourist, BEWARE! The young lady who assisted me cheated me with my change. My total change due was 46 rand and she only brought me 35. She explained she did not have a “1” coin, but she did NOT EXPLAIN the missing 10. A shame that you have to worry about being scammed by wait staff when traveling. I wanted to like this place and support the community, but sadly , I will not return. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person R 50–100

Located in a bustling, history-rich neighborhood that's a must-visit for anyone keen on understanding our country's past, this coffee shop delivers on the java front. Really good coffee and the service was friendly, which is always a plus. However, they've got to step up their food game. The sandwiches were just passable and waiting 20 minutes for them was a bit of a letdown. So, if you're after a great cup of coffee and a slice of local history, this is your spot. Just don't bank on a quick or outstanding lunch. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person R 50–100 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Dave is friendly and it was a great chance to eat local cuisine. Also, our waitress was lovely and helpful.

The establishment is opposite the popular Hector Peterson Museum. It is mostly frequented by international tourists on a daily basis who never spend a lot of time seated. Ideal for chilled sundowners or morning coffee for casual and business meetings. I usually take my kids for milkshakes and smoothies but also occasionally invite a group of friends for lunches and sundowners. It's a matured and laid back space suitable for all age groups. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person R 150–200
Great cafe in the heart of Soweto. The food was delicious, I had a sandwich which was really great, together with some tea. The people working there are super nice, great place! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person R 50–100 Recommended dishes Chicken Mayo
Overall good experience! I hope tourist traffic picks up again though, it was so quiet!

Good quality coffee and friendly service. Bought my mom a blueberry muffin and she says it was freshly baked and tasty. Ordered take-away so not sure about sit-down service. Look and feel of the place is decent; love the art mural. Would definitely be a regular if I lived in Soweto.
