I take a bog bottle of Beer Lao, hall staff recommended lap sausage Saiua with it. It goes very well and so tasty. They're so friendly and good hospitality.

Came here for a late lunch. Really enjoyed the Luang Prabang Pork Sausage — it was very flavorful. The stew was good too. The view is nice and peaceful, especially for an afternoon relaxation.

A lovely spot to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Enjoy a beautiful view of where the Nam Khan branches from the Mekong River. Food was really nice and they also offer a good selection of drinks. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quiet and peaceful (until a party boat passes by). Prices are okay but in the upper end of what you’d expect in Luang Prabang, but worth paying for the lovely sunset views and nice waiter service.
Ensure you have plenty of bug spray as this is mosquito central!
Be aware that they no longer have a credit card machine. They accept either cash or Laos QR code payments. Card payment is possible, however you need to walk up and across the road to their nearby sister hotel to pay via credit or debit card, so not very convenient.

So glad that this was our first official meal upon arrival in Luang Prabang. Although we ordered not Lao food, everything’s tasty and good serving size. Not cheap but dining on a Mekong-side deck was worth the experience

Viewpoint Cafe is a great place to enjoy a delicious meal with a beautiful view. If you're looking for a restaurant in Luang Prabang, I highly recommend checking it out.

Just ok, staff were not the best. Guests including myself were all getting shuffled around tables to accommodate a bigger group booking that hadn't arrived, despite the same staff telling us where to sit in the first place. Better organisation needed. Fine for a drink but I imagine the people who ordered food were more annoyed. View was good but you don't see sunset from here at this time of year.
