This was our first time at Vietopia and we had such a great experience. The service was great, attentive and helpful, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious! I got the noodle bowl with the grilled pork and egg roll, it was so flavorful and refreshing. My partner got the hot and spicy noodle soup under the house specials and really enjoyed it too. I’m already craving to go back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Grilled Pork
I have never had a bad experience here until today. I order well done brisket noodle soup and was given a pile of raw meat, unidentifiable meat, and white stuff that is not the noodles. I also ordered and paid for extra jalapeños and got 3 slices. I called to find out what they gave me and I was just told I can cook my meat and it will be fine. They did however, refund me for the jalapeños. Wasted $15 today. Kinda sad. Was looking forward to this. Pho broth is pretty good but the meat they put in it is so huge the first bite I choked on it. The second bite was so huge I could not swallow it I had to spit it out. Half the egg rolls were undercooked and tasted weird. They gave me a spoon with a sharp crack in it. Food overpriced for quality. Staff not friendly, lady hardly checked on us once. When asked how much rice you get with the order the lady couldn't even tell me. All you heard more then half the time was loud ads. Will not be going back. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our small group tried this place dining in for lunch. The service was prompt. We both had variations of the pho. The broth was delicious and the portions were generous. The price was reasonable. The restrooms were clean. The dining area was open and clean. Very causal. I will say the booth seats were worn and could use some repairs due to tears in the covers. Not uncomfortable but aesthetically unsightly. Overall, it was a tasty lunch. Every time I've come here the place was filthy. All the condiments on the table are sticky and dirty like they don't wipe anything down. The food the first time was great, however today it was terrible. The bun bo hue I was served literally smelled rotten and after asking for something else I got extreme attitude from everyone working there. I love this place. The food was really good and the people were extremely nice. Paula specifically helped me out a lot. It was my first time going and I didn’t know what to get and she was really patient and nice the whole time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Crispy egg rolls were fresh and delicious! The Pho broth was super flavorful and had TONS of meat which typical pho restaurants don’t like to offer as much. It’s the perfect souls food combination topped off with delicious Thai tea. Will definitely be coming here regularly! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30
Looks torn up inside, literally. My booth had holes in the seat and we were sat there… You can see the foam. The food tasted good but I ordered rare meat and it looked well done. In fact, it had a metallic sheen. In the steak and brisket. Working in fast food previously, I learned metallic sheens are sign of processed food. Despite how thin the pieces of meat were they were kinda chewy and unpleasant texture, I would suggest they stop using processed meat. Also the smoothies are powder, not fresh fruit. I appreciated the transparency about the smoothie but that just isn’t what people are looking forward to when they buy one. Might as well make it at home instead of buying here. I have been to a lot of pho places and this is by far my favorite. The staff is attentive and the food is delicious. This will be my pho place from now on. I want to give a big shout out to Jenevi D she has a sweet soul, big heart and made me feel valued. It's hard to come by this kind of service now days. Jenevi, keep up the great job/personality. You really made my bad day great! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Pho to Special w O Cilantro

This place has gone downhill big time! We have been here many times over the last 5 years. It started out fantastic, very flavorful, and a great value for the price. The last time in November was sub-par. I was hoping that maybe it was an off day. Unfortunately, our current experience was no better, and this time was just as unpleasant. Upon walking in, the appearance is a lot more run down. Clearly, it has not been maintained well over the last few years. The seats we were sat were torn. We were basically sitting half in/out of a torn wooden box that would catch you as you shifted. The walls next to us were unpleasant to look at, as there was old food and grease splashed on it. The music was so loud it was hard to have a conversation. My other guest commented that it gradually seemed as though it was getting louder. Putting the esthetics aside, the service was horrible. Our drink orders were never filled. The server was clearly disinterested in us being there. She did not check in at our table to see if we needed or wanted anything. At the end of our meal, we waited an extended period of time for our check, but they never brought it. ( we could see that the servers were eating themselves, which was not an issue). Eventually, I had to hunt down our check. When placing our order, we added eggs to our Pho, but because she did not know how to prepare it with eggs, she couldn't do it. How do you NOT know how to prepare meals on your menu! Upon receiving the food, the broth was weak and watery. The portion of noodles was about half of what it used to be. The basil was wilted and looked like sauce on it (It almost seemed as though it was previously used). It was sad, we used to love it. Now, it is below average in service and quality. Unfortunately, 100% is not worth it anymore. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
