My wife and I have been frequenting Victoria’s every Friday for the past few weeks now, and we are big fans. We have tried a few of their dishes but have both settled on the tortellini. I always have it with the pesto, regardless of which kind they are serving that week. The food is fresh, the sauce is fragrant and aromatic, and the portions are generous. Definitely recommend to any fellow pasta enjoyers! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Pesto Pasta
I was really wanting some pasta for dinner, something comforting and not fast food. I looked at a few different Italian restaurants in this price range and settled on this one because I wanted to try the build your own option and it's a pasta focused place, well I am very happy with my decision. the wait was estimated to be 15 minutes for the food to be ready and it was right around that maybe a little less, the noodles taste and feel homemade, I've made my own noodles before and these tastes similar, the sauces was good I got the marina and I got spinach and bell peppers as my toppings. love that the bell peppers are mixed color- yellow green red! they're cooked nicely as well, tender but not overdone. That's e restaurant could be really good. Their bread is good and their pasta is pretty decent but the service wasn't good for us. There were about four tables that came in after us and got their food before us and it was just 2 very simple orders. We ordered a bread appetizer (they charge for bread) but it was over thirty minutes from ordering when we got it. We were in there over an hour before we got our food and it wasn't crowded or super busy. Maybe we went on a bad day but it still sucked seeing people come in way later get their food before you get appetizers. They also charge extra for meat in your food so unless you're getting a vegetarian option be ready to fork over the extra money for protein. I'd be willing to try this place again but would have to have a little r of to me to wait.

Quaint, cozy place. There was no wait around 7 on a Saturday, but we got the last available table. Ordered some cheese bread (4 pc) & some lasagna rolls as appetizers. I ordered the fettuccine with snow crab & my daughters each ordered a "Build Your Own" pizza. I didn't get a picture of the lasagna rolls because they looked so good, that we devoured them as soon as they arrived to our table.

We have been coming to Victoria's for over a decade, since they were on White and Buchanan. Hadn't been in over a year due to how busy it usually is and the continually increasing price of the build your own pasta, which has always been the best deal. Ordered the build your own pizza and the crust was cauliflower. It was pre packaged and processed. The texture was flat and doughy. The taste was bland. Nowhere on the menu does it state the crust is cauliflower. It was quite disappointing to have a delicious cheese bread appetizer--with real bread--and then have that pizza. If I had known I would have ordered one of the build your own pastas as I always have and would have been satisfied. Management is being misleading and dishonest by not including on the menu that the crust is cauliflower. You can get better pizza at The Library and the only appliances they have in their kitchen are a conveyer belt oven and a microwave. 1 star for food because of the misleading menu and because I had to cook my own dinner after leaving. Tell your customer what they are ordering. No one expects to get anything other than bread when they order a pizza. Our server was great. Time quoted for a table by hostess was accurate. 🧀 bread was by far, best I ever had. Separated from others by high quality ingredients, especially the high end cheese. Lasagna Roll was first I ever had and I instantly knew it was the best Italian meal I ever had. (I paired this fantastic meal with only water for lunch- i imagine if someone paired this meal with the right wine, they would probably force their way into the kitchen and proclaim their love for the Chef. This experience was set on the lovely main street in Norman. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Lasagna Rolls
This place was suggested to me by some friends. The food was awfull , though our server was friendly, and the atmosphere was great. We ordered two dishes from their specialty menu: Tortellini and black pepper linguini. They were not edible. The food just doesn't fit restaurant quality. I describe it as a poor college kid food. Too much tasteless pasta and bread with little sauce or meat. The Tortellini smelled so bad that I had to put it aside. It supposed to come with pesto but there was no pesto, just traces of chopped herbs. The linguini had maybe a tablespoon of crab. These being their specialties, I don't think the rest of the dishes are any better. Both dishes smelled bad, drenched in a tasteless oil and lacked any flavor or seasoning. Reading the other reviews, seems like they were good at some point but no longer. I spent $40 dollars for two meals and a glass of wine. I felt like a fool existing the place. Endup at home, eating a sandwich.
The decor is alright and the staff is friendly. Te menu is small and most of the dishes have some sort of seafood, which I'm not really into. I had the Fettuccine and added chicken for an additional $4 and it was really good. I saw some that ordered a pizza and I'm looking forward to trying one. It was worth the visit.
Place Really went down hill. Used to be my favorite pasta in Norman. But the food quality has just been terrible the last few months. Went from eating there 2-3 times a week to maybe once every 2 months. It’s like all the LOVE is no longer in the food. Hope they will get it together soon. And bring back the amazing quality they used to bring to the table. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Shrimp Alfredo
Went at dinner time and although it was busy, my wife and I received our food pretty quick. I tried their new build your own pizza option with meatballs, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and pesto for the sauce. This was the best pizza that I have had in a very long time! However, if you're not a fan of thin crust it might not be for you. I would highly recommend it!!
