Hardly any staff when they open . even after four days they don't mark down the chicken . prices are higher because of the richer population that shows they don't really care about the less fortunate . I don't really like the town of Davison .

Too pricey, everything was sky high yo! Very easy shopping, no male employees, no other customers in the way, no wait at checkout. Not even union members.

Great donuts from scratch, in the case, those are self serve. What happened to their yeast donuts that was packaged at bakery, in plastic, or paper boxes of 12? This store is well lit, attractive and clean. Spartan brands are good! Employees are helpful, and pleasant. This store has variety.

Great deals, clean store, staff is always friendly, etc. I like to buy all of my groceries here but I avoid the frozen section because I end up with stuff that's freezer burnt already but aside from that, fresh and good quality meats are also good here.

Awesome grocery store. People are always friendly and helpful. prices are about the same as most. But they have a better selection. Plus the deli has more meat/cheese than others.

I absolutely adore this store! I never have to look for someone to help me, usually someone is nearby to ask me. They always have in stocks what I need and the sweets depth (very delicious)! Don't Ever change your cream cheese frosting on the cakes we order ( I very much dislike the whip cream frosting, yuck). Keep up the good work guy's!!

Clean, organized, easy to shop. A bit pricier that the other Grocery stores nearby but you get deals with their weekly ads, their digital coupons, their online exclusive sales and special prices on item in their ads when you sign up with their loyalty program. I enjoy the bakery and rate their donuts one of the top in town.

Update, 11/10/23. I am very impressed with VG's commitment to customer satisfaction! I just received a call from a manager offering me a refund. I responded asking them to just "donate" my refund to a worthy cause . With this kind of "customer service" I will continue to support this local store! FOUR stars for caring ! Thank you! Sorry but your "fresh cherry pie" was very disappointing. I should have been suspicious when I picked it up and noticed the pie was quite cold and probably just removed from refrigeration? Crust was way too THICK and extremely hard. The filling? I could count the number of actual cherries i found, literally "pitiful". The filling was mainly just "jell" ? I will continue to shop here but please this pie was just plain bad. I always like to finish on a positive note. I really like this store and the employees are great. One bad experience will not stop me from supporting this local business.

I’ve shopped at this location for many years probably since they first opened in Davison. During the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, this was the only grocery store I would shop at because it was not over crowded. The prices are more expensive than Meijers or Walmart with the exception of the “Our Family” brand merchandise. I got “Our Family” Kuerig cups for $1.62 in the clearance area. The produce area is okay although some of the fresh herbs look weathered. I hate checking out at the self scan machine as it doesn’t matter what I do the machine will stop and an assistant has to come assist me. Today, it was because my carbonated Ice water was being sent down the conveyor belt horizontally instead of vertically. I also hate trying to get out of the parking lot. You have to go to the light in order to turn left to go back into Davison. Because of the issue with the self check out and slightly more expensive pricing, I am giving this store a rating of 3. I will shop here when it is convenient, but this store will not be the place where I get all of my weekly shopping and groceries.
