Ordered a large round pie for pick-up. Was told 20 minutes. I ran late and got there in about 40 minutes. They didn't have my order or any record of it. I calmly started asking questions and the register girl told me I needed to leave. I asked for a manager and an angry "chef" came up and insisted I called the Wong place. I offered to show them my phone call history but they weren't interested. I said they should make my order free or give a discount and the chef flipped out and said no. He would make my order right now for full price, because I called the wrong place. Then he said "yes or no"? I said I was interested in a free or discounted order and to talk to the owner. After some prying he said the owner would be there tomorrow at a certain time. During this whole thing as I spoke normal to them he screamed his head off and the counter girl told me I was out of line and needed to leave now. I was told to leave about 10 times as I tried to just figure out what happened or what they could do. So then I left and told them if I felt like it I might see the owner tomorrow and told them to calm down and have a good night. I guess the upside is I never spent any money there, as I was planning on paying when I got there. Out of towners beware, this area has some really disturbing restaurants with horrible food. Read all the reviews, don't trust 4 stars or Google here.
Friends hosted a moving away dinner here. The food was fantastic and the servers were quick and friendly. Nice clean place. Well be back when we're in town again.
