Was in Kansas City on bussiness and was looking for something new. Found Veritas and decided to give it a try. Place was a nice modern building and the hostess and waitress were friendly and helpful with my questions. I tried the Paella and was really glad I did. The rice was just right and the flavors are better than the Spanish restaurant I go to in Pittsburgh. Overall had a nice meal and good experience. Looking forward to coming back on my next trip.
