Very nice young lady staff. Super helpful ☺️ and the Mounds coffee I tried was wonderful 👍🏾. My mom had the spiced Chai tea and she said it was delicious as well! So I commend you young lady for wonderful courteous service as well as your skills with the blending of the beans my dear 👏🏾👏🏾

Went yesterday morning and ordered 3 20oz hot coffee's when we got them they all tasted like pure water and the new girl didn't put the lids on correctly so when my daughter and I picked them up outta the cup holders the lids popped off and hot coffee went all over us and my van. Not happy! To top it all off she didn't give me back my coffee card that was almost full! I was on my way to an appointment so didn't go back and complain
From a out of stater, I had a custom order my old sister in law told me to order. I've spent over $40 over the first month being there because I love this custom drink but the older lady who runs the shop is not friendly.
There's another blonde hair longer hair lady who is sweet and a younger lady she is really sweet too.
First off great menu. Unfortunately we were met with a lecture about how we ordered wrong. I simply asked the barista if one of the drinks I could get in a latte or mocha. I didn't think that that was too difficult of question she then proceeded to tell us how we ordered wrong and we just needed to pick whether it was hot iced or Blended. I've ordered coffee for 20 years. She was extremely rude. So we told her to cancel the drinks because we don't need a lecture we just needed a cup of damn coffee. Too bad I was really looking forward to one of those drinks!
Coffee was mediocre. Service was awful! She chatted with a buddy for a good 10min before taking our order, then took 2 drinks rushed off before we were finished ordering. Made them shoved then out the window like she had better things to be doing, when we said we had one more she looked disgusted. Said she had to help the other side then she do our "add on" which it wasn't she just wouldn't let up finish. No customer service pleasantries good morning how are you good day nothing pretty much the worst customer service I've ever encountered I've never paid to go there again you couldn't pay me to go there. 45 min later we got 3 coffees.
Coffee and teas are great, staff is always friendly however one employee is incredibly slow so if she is working and you are third in line expect to wait 10-30 minutes for your drinks. Most mornings I simply don't have that kind of time to wait.
Listen, I only like an ordinary good cup of coffee at a reasonable price and that's what I am pleased to get here. Everyone that works there is very hard working and friendly. To all those who have some complaint, just be nice. We have way too many cry babys these days. Count your blessings and be happy😀.
Oh my!! My caramel latte purchased late morning on Sunday the 5th was DELICIOUS!! And the female was very nice. Sadly, I moved to Texas and cannot go back, because I totally would.
I passed two coffee places to get to Valley coffee. I really like them they're really sweet and the coffee taste really good. And they always say hi to my dogs and give them a little treat.
