Staff, a little rude and unprofessional, cake was not worth the money that I paid for, too expensive, was hard, decor was a cheap job, could have gotten way more elsewhere for what I paid for.
Need to up your professionalism and cake making skills perhaps..

Terrible experience at Mombasa branch. Savani building. The staff are unprofessional. I ordered my cake under Hannington at 10.16am and fully paid for delivery. By the time I came to the shop at 3pm. They were not even aware about the order. Had to pick a different flavour altogether and wasted my time just waiting for the cake to be ready.
