They have sweet cakes, though they don't ask for the shape of cakes someone wants. They should improve on that. Otherwise, they have very nice, attractive and sweet cakes.

Bought a cake that had a stale taste. Followed up for several days and the customer care was wanting. After 3 weeks of back and forth the shop insisted that the cake was fresh. He company needs to work on how it handles its customers and follows up on customer complaints

Worst service ever. I have ordered a lot of cakes from the city center branch and I have never had issues so one would assume that the same would be offered across all branches. First it’s like this branch is unaware that one can place an order through the website, I had to follow up for them to check. Secondly I input delivery details which clearly means I needed the cake delivered , I had to call for that too and the lady had to go to my order again to confirm that I had indicated that. Thirdly, I had ordered for chocolate and orange cake what was delivered was no where near that neither was it fresh , they just picked a chocolate cake and decorated it😡😡😡. Fourth , even after referencing my order a million times they still got the name to be written on the cake wrong , honestly by the time i received the cake i was just glad that a cake was delivered . Angry customer who will never order again.

I ordered online, Last Sunday. The website clearly indicates the kitengela branch is open Monday to Sunday from 8am to 6 pm. I didn’t get my order and no one picked up the phone to explain. Kindly update your website to stop giving misleading information.

They have the worst customer service. One orders and pays the deposit, 2 hrs down the line they ask again for cake details yet the booking is down in person. They are not serious with work

It was my first time trying out cakes from this particular location. It was okay. I still prefer the town and fedha branch though..

Thee best 🍰 house in the 254 having most delicious and amazing cakes ,the cakes are made on time and can be delivered .I love the cake house😋
