Visited Usmania Murree for the 1st time on 3rd Feb 24. Ordered only hot n sour Soup and fish tikka with Naan. The taste was up to the mark and service was also very good. So I enjoyed my meal there.

It was a lunch time when were craving for a good lunch so went to this restaurant and enjoyed their Usmania special chicken steak and Chicken Handi with Naan. Food was good in quantity and quality but the ambiance was very average even flies were here and there around our table.

Usmania is one of the famous restaurant chains in Pakistan. It is well known for its food specially Lasania. We had our dinner here when we visited mall road and pindi point chair lift. The overall experience is good with the food. However, most of the time you will find it crowded specially at dinner time.

Usmania Special Sandwich
Big space, lots of menu options, food seems fresh. The staff misheard our request and came back with a full chicken roast, did not really believe they misheard us. Food came in time. Options felt limited for a big group but still good food.

Thia place provides an environment for short time gathering with friends and family and for a bit of refreshments while travelling
Its most precious thing is its cleanliness and maintenance. Sometime its managment gets out of order when there is a large gathering of people.
This place is suitable for Tourists.
Its taste and food quality is also very good.

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE, Went there today we were two people, ordered half bowl of mushroom soup and they brought full, The soup was tasteless it was very dilute and the chicken pieces were wayyy too big, Next we ordered “Veg” Chow mein and the waiter brought Chicken one, Ignored our call several times, They even took the order too late and didnt respond to any of our calls, They did take it off the bill after ages and we had to pay for the veg only but The waiter was very rude and they take 100rs hidden service charges apparently, Streetfood on mall road is way better than Usmania, 0/10 taste 0/10 service, NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED, better use your money at a nice place rather wasting like we did

I have visited usmania because of my past experience based upon my visits at abbottabad restaurant, but believe that when they served my ordered dishes believe that all of meals are looked like dull just like Thurs food I thought might be this chain have stopped operating its function here and some one using gheir name but very dirty environment it have very ugly bathroom it have and very bad cook they have , they destroyed our whole trip and I personally ranked them even not equal to thura hotel
