We’ve always liked the food at Urbane, but now that they have yummy gluten free bread we like it even more. The service was great and the patio is nice at this location.

I live in the neighborhood and have been watching with anticipating as they built this location, and upon opening it didn’t disappoint! Really good sandwiches, solid salads, tasty cookies and the knowledge that I’m eating (relatively) healthy for fast-ish food makes this a great go to lunch option. The outdoor patio is lovely, with heaters to keep you warm, umbrellas for shade, and a view of the ocean at the end of the street. This place definitely is filling a missing niche downtown and can’t wait to go back.

Excellent food, reasonably priced, adorable cookies, great agua frescas and artisanal sodas. The barbeque salad and so cal club are a perfect match, and don't skip the cookies
