Complaint and Feed Back
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent shopping experience at Urban Mart Chichwatni. Approximately 20 minutes before I concluded my shopping, I encountered an issue with the billing counter. The attitude and behavior of the staff member on duty were highly inappropriate and left me feeling embarrassed and insulted.
Upon being presented with the billing receipt, I realized that the total amount charged was 520 PKR. However, I had actually provided 550 PKR. When I inquired about the discrepancy, the staff member's response left me even more disappointed. Her attitude and behavior were not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. Instead of providing an explanation or rectifying the issue, she simply replied, "Do whatever you want."
Frustrated by the incident, I returned the shopping I had purchased and have decided to boycott the store in the future.The staff member's behavior and attitude towards a customer were unacceptable, and I strongly feel that such a negative experience should not be tolerated.
In light of this disappointing episode, I kindly request your assistance in providing feedback to the concerned staff member. It is crucial that such behavior be addressed promptly to prevent it from recurring in the future.
First of all I want to praise URBAN MART for their quality of products. I have been very impressed with their services. It was pleasure to shop in your store, staff were very helpful,friendly and knowledgeable and the products are always fresh and great prices especially fruit salads, sandwiches and cakes.
Very affordable store with a wide variety of groceries and other products.

A place from where u can buy almost everything madican ,food , and bakery items. And their cafe's food is really tasty in reasonable prices with kids corner . Highly Recommended
