Our first hotpot date was awesome! The server gave us the lowdown on how everything works. The menu was tasty, and the vibe was top-notch. Plus, they've got an unlimited ice cream machine! I couldn't get enough of that coconut cake dessert—I had to go for seconds! This place just has a great feel to it. We have been coming here for years, every time after we try other hot pot places, we always come back here. From the selection of foods (especially the meats), quality of service, and inviting atmosphere, this location has been keeping it up. Parking can be a bit tight, but there are meter parking on the side streets also garage parking. Great selection of soup bases, meats, veggies and other miscellaneous items. Many different ingredients at the sauce station where you can mix and match what you like. With the amount of customization, everyone should be able to have many things they like. Everything we ordered was very good, but my favorite was the Crown Daisy vegetable, which I don't think I had eaten before and did not see at other hot pot places. It was especially good in the spicy soup base. However, I will say that in general, the spicy soup flavor tends to overpower the flavor of the other ingredients, so I would keep that in mind when deciding on the soup base. Yummy, all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant with so many broth options, plus meat, seafood, veggie selections to satiate your every desire. Lots of umami in every bite! Enjoy with friends, or dine alone; regardless, everyone gets their own pot of broth and burner to do what they want with it. If it tastes bad (which it wouldn't), it's on you! Urban Hot Pot has arrived in the Hampton Roads area and offering unlimited proteins, veggies and any sauce concoction that you can create for under $40 per person. All the stuffs are very nice and the food is fresh and great, only the food delivery on the bell not turn it on. We need to put all food on the table. I love Urban Hot Pot!! I've been to several places around here to get hot pot, and this is by far the best. They have a wide variety of options on their menu, so many selections on the sauce bar, great food, and dessert! Everything is conveniently ordered on a tablet at the table. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. Depending on the day, wait times can be on the longer side, so plan accordingly! Food : 4/5 (Main all u can eat menu good quality even though nothing fancy for hot pot style, not many choice of appetizer/snack or dessert) Service : 4/5 (Friendly/fast) Accommodation : 3.5 (very limit parking, unlucky, at that day my table was near the door and cold air came inside all the time when people open) Price : 4/5 (around $25 per person/lunch) Value : 4/5 Overall : It is a good restaurant for all you can eat - (only hot pot - no BBQ) inside not too small/nice and clean. Great experience if you have never been to a HotPot. You should make a reservation and ask your wait staff how does the system work. For a group of 4 pp with one cocktail each, our bill was $207.00, so about $62 pp for a Sunday lunch. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
