We dined here with my in-laws since it’s one of their favorite restaurants (we’re from San Diego). It was an Asian-style fusion sit-down casual restaurant. You order at the counter then they bring your order to your table. They have a variety of appetizers available, plus Pho Vietnamese noodle soup, and build your own plates (you choose the side, the protein, and any extras you want). We did the build your own plate and opted for their crispy garlic rice, filet mignon, and spring salad. We added a fried egg to the order. We were blown away by the taste (freshness, temperature, and taste). The filet mignon was so tender and tasty. I wanted to try their Rotisserie Chicken for my protein but the cashier serving us said the filet mignon is their most popular ordered protein, so I’ll have to try the rotisserie chicken the next time we visit Cypress. The dining area was clean and tidy, as was their restrooms. They have plenty of parking, and the dining room wasn’t super crowded on a Saturday night (we had 8 in our party) and had no trouble getting a table to accommodate us. We wish we had a similar restaurant to this in our area. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes The Ribeye Pho

First time trying this place. Food is not worth the price. Overcooked filet mignon. Dried up rice. Not sure if this is the norm here. My bill was $60 for 2 plates and 2 drinks. On top of that I asked the girl if the cucumber lemonade was natural and she said yes. I asked again if it’s squeezed or fountain drink lemonade. She assured me it was squeezed. I got home only to find out it was Minute Maid with really sour cucumbers. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1
