What looked to be a typical strip mall diner turned out to be a great breakfast. Very friendly staff, the French toast my wife got and my omlette were very good. Very generous portion of grits with my omlette... pretty sure this is the first time I ordered grits and didn't finish them because they gave me so much. Will remember next time we are in town.

The worst service in the business. Told me a 15 minute wait upon arrival when they never started making my food. I ordered 20 minutes before I arrived. Food is good but the service and communication is horrible. Can find same quality and better service at other places.

Seriously one of the best egg sandwiches I have ever had. I'm a tour bus driver in town looking for someplace good for breakfast, but need a place to fit my bus. I honestly came here for the Dunkin' Donuts because its what came up first in a search. But then I saw The Uptown Grill with big letters "BREAKFAST" in the window. Glad I did it! Bagel was perfectly toasted, big sausage patty that covered the whole bagel, egg was scrambled and fried and cheese was nicely melted. Only downside was they were burning hot, I should have waited to finish them, but they were just too good!!!

Our breakfast was freshly made and delicious. Home fries were really good! They are not doing dine-in right now; our order took about 30 minutes to be ready due to it being busy, so recommend calling in your order if possible.
