We have been helping in the area, and stopped into this store. It’s very clean. The service was fine. The ice cream is good, and if you want a milkshake, you can choose chocolate or vanilla milk. That’s awesome!
I stopped here to get some oil for my vehicle and they had Star Fire oil which is my favorite brand of oil. Starfire has always been exceptional and I am glad that United Dairy Farmers had this oil. Thank you!!
My go to place for Zeke’s ice cream. And mine too. They normally have my favorite ice cream, but lately the Homemade Coconut Almond Chip has been out. Also the Peanut Butter 'N Chip has been out. I settled for the toffee n chip which was okay. Nothing special. Oh well sorry to complain!! Hopefully it will be back in stock soon!
Place is always dirty and nasty. People are always rude and nasty. Needs to be shut down, torn down and completely re-done. You call corporate and they flat out say we don't care......
When you walk in to get ice cream after your sons baseball game and the lady servicing your ice cream is playing “get high” by bone thugs and harmony to the point you have to tell her to turn it off and than continues to play inappropriate rap music for a business.. this place is going down hill with their management allowing kids to play and joke around in front of customers and now adults and kids being subject to this music in a business… manager on duty was blasting the music with them when we walked in.. keep wondering why I come back..
I absolutely love their milkshakes but the worker who made my milkshakes for one took forever and i had to wait 30 minutes for 3 milkshakes. The employees hair was everywhere which made me very skeptic about drinking the milkshake. Plus employee attitude. Love the milkshakes, employees need some improvements
My husband and I visited this location on a Saturday evening and got in line at the ice cream counter behind one woman who ordered two milkshakes. The man working the counter took her order and invited her to go ahead and pay at the register while he completed her order. Only, he didn't do a good enough job listening to her order and had to call over to her during check out to confirm her order. A miscommunication occurred, as he was asking a question about the first shake, while she responded with the flavor for the second shake. Anyway, when they realized he made it wrong, he basically told her to give it a try anyway to see if she liked it, even though it was NOT what she ordered. She politely told him she would like the shakes she had ordered, and he complied... at a SNAILS PACE. He had no sense of urgency. These milk shakes easily took him 8 minutes to make, while we waited.
Eventually, he got her milkshakes made correctly and we finally got to order, but again, he had to keep asking me what I had asked for, which was a 2-dip of the peanut butter chocolate chip chip cookie dough ice cream in a regular waffle cone. When he went to get my cone, I watched him touch it on the uncovered cone portion with his bare hands. Ew. He scooped my ice cream and handed it to me and there was a long hair hanging off of it. Disgusted, I handed it back and showed him the hair. He apologized (more because he seemed obligated, than because he actually cared), and offered to re-scoop it. Reluctantly, I agreed, but asked for it in a cup, because I didn't want him touching my cone again. Next, my husband asked for a brownie fudge sundae... nope, they're out of brownies, we were informed. Ugh. So he just got a regular hot fudge sundae. The girl at the register apologetically told us that the ice cream was free because she felt bad. I appreciated this and it almost fixed the experience.
Until we got in the car and left. As I ate my ice cream, I found another long hair. At least it was free, so I didn't feel bad throwing it away. This location is disgusting, its service is slow, unhygienic, and unfriendly (aside from the woman at the register) and I would never patronize it again. Ever.
The ice cream is good, but the staff is so slow it makes the BMV look fast. There was only 1 person filling orders, and they weren’t in any hurry, had to wait about 20 minutes for the 3 people in front of us, and then 5 minutes to get one bowl of ice cream, and then a solid 10 to wait in line to pay! Not to mention how there wasn’t a greeting, smile, thanks, or an apology for anything.
